I dropped out of college twice.
I hated it.
So I got a 9-5 factory job.
Which I hated even more.
This is when I knew I had to build something for myself.
So I tried almost everything.
And failed.
It was painful.
But also extremely useful.
Failure shows you that there’s an area in your life where you can still improve yourself a lot.
It’s required for success.
You need to fail to see how far you’re off.
So I’m glad I started early.
My failures:
All of this was extremely painful.
But it showed me what I needed to improve.
I went years without any tangible results.
But it showed me exactly what it takes to become what I call a full-stack creator.
I took courses and coaching programs from the best creators in the world:
I also took multiple other amazing courses.
The most important takeaway:
You lack skills.
Once you have the right skills, you can make money flow like your sink does with water.
1. Writing & Speaking
I used to look down on writing.
I thought it was the lesser version of videos.
But I was wrong.
Writing is the foundation of all content.
Writing helps you to think clearly and make sense of things.
It's the most important skill you can develop.
Writing about something forces you to get clear on your thoughts.
You need others to understand what you’re saying, so you must clarify your ideas.
By writing it down you identify holes in your thinking.
This is why journaling is extremely beneficial for your mental health and clarity.
Writing can also be very profitable:
The opportunities are endless.
Writing is a foundational skill.
It’s how you learn and earn.
Speaking is the extension of writing.
Great writers are great speakers.
Jordan Peterson is the best example.
Writing leads to mental clarity.
Mental clarity leads to improved speaking.
If you can write and speak you’ll be unstoppable.

2. Marketing & Sales
Marketing and sales are how you create products and content that the market actually wants.
Marketing is your ability to make people aware of your brand.
It’s how you get the word out of your offer.
It involves increasing brand awareness, attracting customers, and getting people to engage with you.
Content creation is the best way to do this.
Content marketing is free, permissionless, and scales extremely well.
This is why making valuable content is incredibly important.
You build a reputation for yourself.
That’s why people start to perceive you a certain way.
They start to like and trust you, which is crucial if you want them to buy from you.
Sales is how you get people to buy from you.
You need to be able to communicate the value of your product to your customers.
People exchange their money for things they perceive as more valuable than the money it costs.
So you need to show people why your product is worth more to them than their money.
How?
By presenting your offer as the solution to a specific pain point in their lives.
It’s all about how they perceive the value of your offer.
How they perceive it depends on how it impacts their day-to-day life.
Sales is about pains and benefits.
This is extremely important.
People pay money to remove pain from their lives.
They don’t care about your product.
They care about what your product gives them.
Not the ‘writing course that makes you a better writer.’
Not even the ‘writing course to build a profitable business.’
No, you target the benefit of the benefit.
So ‘the writing course to quit your 9-5 so you no longer have to be stuck in traffic and so you can so to the gym and travel whenever you want.’
This is what people buy from you.
They buy the transformation you offer them.
You need to show how this transformation will benefit their day-to-day life.
Human beings are emotional beings.
They buy with emotion and then rationalize with logic afterward.
This is the 20% of sales that will get you 80% of the results.
Aim at the benefit of the benefit.
3. Offer Creation
We covered how you make people aware of you through content creation and positioning your product as the solution.
But you still need a great product to meet their expectations.
This is where offer creation comes in.
You need to realize that people don’t care about your offer.
They care about how your offer can remove specific pain points from their daily life.
The positioning of your offer is incredibly important.
Target:
The more of these criteria there are, the better your offer will sell.
But you also need a way to stand out.
Enter the T.I.M.E.R. Framework:
Look at what the competition does.
Then use the T.I.M.E.R. framework to differentiate your offer.
Sell your offer by:
Nail all 3 to create an exceptional offer.
Make the emotional sell first.
Then explain how you will get them good results.
Your transformation is what they buy.
Your product is the vehicle.
So in short:
You need a good product and you need people that want that product.
These are the skills you need to become a full-stack creator:
For YouTube, you also need design and video editing skills.
But you can easily outsource those.
The skills mentioned above are more difficult to outsource and it’s important to understand them if you want to run your own creator business.
Master one of these skills to make a living online.
Master all of them to make a killing online.
So start doing the work.
Create your freedom.
Have a great day!
